The Best Bikes

The newly redesigned custom Backroads Performance Bike features a next-generation titanium frame along with advanced wireless shifting, responsive disc brakes and lightweight carbon wheels. Drop handlebars only. Bring your own pedals (or we'll provide flat pedals if that's your preference).

What about e-bikes?

These trips cater to the spirit of acoustic (non-electric) bike riding. To maintain that spirit and the camaraderie of pedal-only power, we will allow a very limited number of e-bikes only for guests who would like to keep pace with a traveling companion on an acoustic bike (and not zip ahead).
