Begin your adventure with a mellow hike through the gorgeous countryside • Vineyard-strewn landscapes surround you as we venture to Cuba Byzantina, a Christian chapel and national monument • Relax at the spa at our scenic retreat • Walk through the various landscapes of Mount Etna, a dramatic World Heritage Site and Europe’s tallest active volcano • Explore the three ecological zones of the mountain with a geologist and lava expert for a guided hike through its moon-like terrain • Savor fresh pasta, ample citrus fruits and light Mediterranean-style dishes at a classic Italian rifugio • Toast to a wonderful first two days in paradise!

Days 3-6
